These Terms govern use of sylwena.com and purchases from Sylwena. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with security, access another customer account, introduce malicious code, infringe rights or use store content to mislead others.

Products and prices

We aim to describe products, choices, dimensions, materials and package contents accurately. Screen and room conditions can affect color. Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. Taxes, shipping and the final total are shown before submission where applicable.

Orders and payment

An order is a request to purchase. We may reject, limit or cancel an order for stock issues, listing or pricing errors, failed authorization, fraud concerns, legal restrictions or unauthorized resale. If a paid order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery, returns and refunds

The Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies form part of these Terms. Processing, transit, return and refund periods are governed by those policies.

Safe use and intellectual property

Follow product instructions and warnings and stop using damaged products. Store text, layout, logos, graphics and original materials belong to Sylwena, its operator or licensors and may not be commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment, analytics, fulfilment, shipping, support and advertising providers. Their services are governed by their own terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the store, products or legal requirements change. The revised version applies when published on this page.
